Information for Presenters

Technology

We recommend presenters have a copy of their materials on a USB Flash drive, as well as a copy they can retrieve from the cloud (email, Google Drive, etc.). Student workers will be present in each session room to sign in for each presentation and will be available to assist presenters. Most rooms are equipped with HDMI connections to overhead projectors for presentations if you prefer to bring your own device. If you do plan on bringing your own device, we encourage you to bring your own cable as well. Adapters for connections other than HDMI will not be provided; please bring your own if necessary.
